Everything you need to know about our shipment, scheduling, setup, and locality coverage.

1. Delivery Coverage Areas

TwiceNice provides appliance delivery and professional installation services to the following regions in Delhi NCR:

Gurugram

All major residential & commercial sectors, DLF Phases 1-5, Sohna Road.

Noida

Sectors 1 to 168, Greater Noida Expressway areas, Sector 62 & 137.

Delhi

South Delhi (Saket, Vasant Kunj), Dwarka, West Delhi, East Delhi, North Delhi.

2. Timelines & Scheduling

24 to 48 Hour Commitment

Once your digital booking is confirmed on WhatsApp and your verification process is completed, we schedule delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery Slots

Deliveries are executed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Our logistic coordinator will call you to confirm your availability before dispatch.

3. Professional Installation

To ensure optimal performance and safety, our in-house technicians handle 100% of the installation process.

Air Conditioners: Includes mounting, stabilizer connection, and testing. Wooden/glass panels required for window fitting must be arranged locally by the tenant, though our technician can support.
Water Purifiers: Wall mounting, inlet water connection, and TDS output calibration are done on the spot.
Washing Machines: Includes connecting inlet hoses to your tap and securing outlet drain pipelines.

4. Customer Preparation Checklist

Please ensure the following are in place to allow a smooth delivery experience:

Permission from society/owner for entry of commercial delivery vehicles.

Dedicated 15A power socket for ACs, fridges, and washing machines.

Provision of functional tap water valve (within 3 meters) for RO/Washing Machines.
