1. Minimum Tenure & Leases
The minimum lease period depends on the category chosen during checkout (usually 3 months or a full cooling season for ACs). If you choose to terminate the lease before the selected period, standard early termination adjustments may apply.
2. Security Deposits & Payments
A fully refundable security deposit is charged upfront. Monthly rent must be paid in advance by the 5th of each calendar month. Security deposits are returned instantly via bank transfer at the time of pickup, subject to a clean inspection.
3. Maintenance & Damage Coverage
All normal wear-and-tear repairs, routine servicing, and gas leaks are 100% covered by TwiceNice. However, physical damages caused by drops, fire, external tampering, or input voltage spikes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Appliance Relocations
The customer is NOT permitted to relocate the appliance to a new address without notifying TwiceNice. If you are moving flats within Gurugram, Delhi, or Noida, please contact us on WhatsApp, and our team will coordinate the safe de-installation, shifting, and re-installation at a nominal cost.
