How to take care of your water purifier
A few simple habits keep performance peak and your deposit safe.
Do's
- Use only municipal or borewell water within the rated TDS range.
- Flush the unit for 30 seconds in the morning before first use.
- Keep the unit away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Schedule the included service when the filter LED turns red.
Don'ts
- Don't run the purifier without water supply — it can damage the pump.
- Don't use hot water as input — RO membrane gets damaged above 35°C.
- Don't open the filter housing yourself; only our technician should service it.
- Don't move the unit while it is connected to plumbing.

Please note
- 1Filter replacements at scheduled intervals are included free of cost.
- 2Membrane damage due to high TDS input (>2000 ppm) is chargeable.
- 3Security deposit of ₹500 is fully refundable at the time of pickup, subject to the appliance being in good working condition.
- 4Keep the appliance in its original installed position; relocation must be done by our technician.
- 5Do not attempt repairs or open the unit yourself — it voids the service cover.
- 6Report any malfunction within 24 hours on WhatsApp so we can schedule a free service.
- 7Cosmetic damage, burns or liquid spills beyond normal wear may be chargeable at return.
- 8A 7-day prior notice is appreciated for pickup, extension or swap requests.
