Do's
- Place at least 1 foot away from walls for best airflow.
- Keep doors and windows closed in the purified room.
- Vacuum the pre-filter every 2 weeks.
- Use in Auto mode — the sensor manages fan speed automatically.
Don'ts
- Don't operate in damp or wet areas — moisture damages the HEPA filter.
- Don't block the air inlet or outlet vents.
- Don't wash the HEPA filter — only the pre-filter is washable.
- Don't use near open flames, incense or heavy cooking smoke for long durations.

- 1HEPA filter damage from moisture or improper washing is chargeable.
- 2Security deposit of ₹1,000 is fully refundable at the time of pickup, subject to the appliance being in good working condition.
- 3Keep the appliance in its original installed position; relocation must be done by our technician.
- 4Do not attempt repairs or open the unit yourself — it voids the service cover.
- 5Report any malfunction within 24 hours on WhatsApp so we can schedule a free service.
- 6Cosmetic damage, burns or liquid spills beyond normal wear may be chargeable at return.
- 7A 7-day prior notice is appreciated for pickup, extension or swap requests.
