• Professional Proof (Optional but helps speed approval): Corporate ID card, employee email confirmation, or college admission letter.

2. Why We Verify

Since TwiceNice delivers premium-grade, expensive appliances (like 1.5-ton ACs, double-door refrigerators, and high-quality RO purifiers) with a very low security deposit, verification allows us to prevent fraud and trace assets safely.

3. Step-by-Step Flow

1. Step 1: Select your appliance and share your order details on WhatsApp.
2. Step 2: Send photos of your ID and Address Proof.
3. Step 3: Our support agent validates details within 2 hours.
4. Step 4: Delivery slot is allocated and confirmation receipt is sent.
