1. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit is refunded in full at the time of pickup. Our technician will perform a basic functionality check on the returned appliance (checking cooling on ACs/fridges, RO flow, or washer spin cycle). Once verified, the refund is initiated via UPI or IMPS bank transfer on the spot.
2. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before the appliance is dispatched from our warehouse, your order is cancelled with zero penalty, and any advance payment is refunded within 24 hours. If delivery has arrived at your address and you reject the order, standard round-trip logistics fees (₹500 - ₹1,000) may be adjusted.
3. Deductions
Deductions from the security deposit only apply in cases of severe physical neglect, fire damage, tampering, or missing accessories (e.g. AC remote, water purifier faucet, stabilizer). Normal wear-and-tear scratches are never charged.
