2. Data Protection & Storage
We store verification documents on secure cloud storage. All access is strictly restricted to authorized customer support agents who manage setup logistics and lease compliance.
3. Data Retention
Once your lease ends, the rented appliance is successfully picked up, and your security deposit is refunded, your verification files are permanently purged from our active files upon request.
